Created 4 views - one with all applications and one for each of the three clinics - Tax, HeLP, and Investor Advocacy (IAC)
Encountered a bug with the form - when the logic for showing the preference ranking worked properly (i.e. only show for 2 or 3 clinics selected), the values were not saved even though in the submitted data.
The data is available to the members of the "data_viewers" role. There is also a group with the same name to be used with pages that display collected data.
