SITE DESCRIPTION
Students can expect an assortment of activities and assignments. Notably, a student will assist the Superior Court Judge, under the supervision of the Staff Attorney, with his constitutionally prescribed responsibilities. In this regard, assignments will include: reviewing pleadings and fillings, conducting legal research on issues raised in the Court; drafting legal memorandum and proposed orders; and reviewing the Court's docket to ensure proper and efficient resolution of cases. Furthermore, students will have the opportunity to observe various court proceedings, including; status conferences, hearings and trials.
STUDENT QUALIFICATIONS
Prerequisites: Excellent analysis, research and communication skills
