In this year-long course, students will learn about how lower-income litigants navigate the justice system. Through court observation, guest speakers, and weekly readings, students will explore an access to justice problem—an aspect of the system that is broken—and work in teams to develop a discrete reform to find a solution. Taught by Professors Lauren Sudeall, Faculty Director of the Center for Access to Justice, & Darcy Meals, Assistant Director of the Center for Access to Justice. Two credits each semester. The class will meet Tuesdays from 1:15-2:55 pm.

Enrollment is limited and instructor permission is required. Apply by logging into Inside Law and visiting www.tinyurl.com/LAW70067007.
