The Office of Opportunity Development-AA/EEO Training and Compliance is searching for law students to play the role of attorneys in our upcoming employment law mock trial on March 29th at 11am (lunch is at 11 and the trial begins at noon) in the College of Law’s Ceremonial Courtroom.
The purpose of this mock trial is to give managers and supervisors the opportunity to see what happens when alleged unlawful behaviors in the workplace results in litigation. Students will use the problem set to orally argue why their client should prevail. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain trial experience and showcase your talents in front of an attorney from a leading labor and employment firm.
