To pick up your free hooding ceremony invitations from the Center for Professional Development and Career starting on Wednesday, March 13, 2019:

As you may know, GSU College of Law is required to report certain statistics to both the American Bar Association (ABA) and National Association for Law Placement (NALP) regarding its graduates each year. In addition, the U.S. News and World Report uses these statistics to calculate the scores they use to rank  law schools. As such, failure to provide the ABA with accurate and complete information has a negative impact on the College of Law and its national reputation.

The information you provide is reported anonymously and kept strictly confidential. It is critical that you complete every field of the survey that pertains to you, including salary, even if you are not employed in a legal capacity or still seeking employment. The ABA has implemented new protocols to ensure the accuracy of the data that law schools report and considers data entered directly into Symplicity by our students and graduates to be the most authentic source of the information.

If you would like to complete the Mandatory Exit Survey before coming to pick up your invitations (minimizing the time you need to spend in our office), you may log onto Symplicity and click the "Mandatory Exit Survey" link to complete the survey. Once we have checked to ensure that the survey is complete and we do not need any further information from you, we will make a notation that no further action is needed when you come to pick up your invitations. (For best results, build in some time between when you complete the survey and when you come to pick up the invitations.)
