Hello! We've got some exciting news about the Training Lab.
Last year, the Training Lab had been partitioned to create more office space. Over the winter break, the tech team diligently worked to get an instructor workstation and 8 student workstations up and running in time for the spring semester.
With one of the classrooms going offline last week, we now have a fully functioning classroom podium for the Training Lab. This will give faculty a private "safe zone" to practice with the Sympodium interactive display, to explore classroom polling, or to conduct a dry run of presentations that they would like to rehearse.
We still have to get the projection system and audio system functioning in the room, but we hope to have that completed during the summer semester. Our goal is to have the Training Lab completely ready to go for training sessions and faculty use in time for Fall.
