The College of Law's Mindful Wednesdays program begins at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6. If you signed up for the Mindful Wednesdays program, it is imperative that you attend all six sessions because they are sequential and build on one another. Participants will learn basic techniques for reducing stress and improving focus. The program will be co-taught by Dr. Helen Vantine of the Atlanta Mindfulness Institute and Professor Charity Scott, and will meet every Wednesday from Sept. 6 to Oct. 11 in the Ceremonial Courtroom on the Lower Level. Sessions will begin promptly at 11:45 a.m. and conclude at 12:45 p.m. You must register to attend.
