Implemented with a 5-site "Business Small" version of WP Booking Calendar

Currently have instances on the main InsideLaw site

Site Rooms included
main InsideLaw site Park Pl Classrooms, meeting rooms, etc.
Conference sub-site Conference center rooms (Capacity info missing as June 16)
 /clinincrooms/  Meeting rooms shared by the clinics
/conferencerooms/
/arbitration/ Arbitration Center

 

Get Started

  • Insert booking form shortcode into your Post or Page using the insert booking calendar shortcode icon icon
  • or add booking calendar Widget to your sidebar.
  • Check how todo that and what shortcodes are available.
  • Add new booking from your post/page or from Admin Panel.

MEETING MINUTES 06.04.15

  • Visibility of the Booking websites
    • Classrooms should be available for everyone
    • Conference Rooms should be visible to just the faculty and staff
    • Conference Center, Clinic, and Arbitration should not be visible to anyone as of now.

 

  • Suggestions from Robin regarding the booking system on insidelaw
    • Regarding the form
      • Can delete everything (i.e. the address, city, country) except the phone number.
      • Check if put the room seating on the form

 

  • Things we need to do regarding the booking system:
    • Must check if the booking system allows for recurring events.
    • Must check if the booking system prevents duplicate bookings.
    • Explore how the booking system and Events are integrated.
    • Need to check to see if the booking can be made in 15 minute increments.

 

  • Things we need to do for the events page at insidelaw.gsu.edu/submit-event
    • Need to figure out where the categories are coming from
    • Need to narrow down the categories down to:
      • Faculty
      • Staff
      • Student
      • College events
      • Classes
      • Alumni
