The Law Information Technology Team is excited to announce the online help desk Web site for our customers.

In addition to calling our help desk at (404) 413-9111, you now have the option to submit a help desk ticket online. On the help desk Web site, if you have a MyLaw ID, you can also log in and check the status of the tickets you've previously submitted. Check it out athttp://law.gsu.edu/helpdesk.

The system can also accommodate ticket submission via e-mail. We have set up departments to better assign and track tickets, Each department has its own e-mail address, as shown below:
