Eric Segall talks with Judge Richard Posner

Eric SegallATLANTA -- Georgia State University College of Law Professor Eric J. Segall and Richard Posner, a judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in Chicago and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School, recently had a conversation about the Supreme Court that was published by The New York Review of Books and can be downloaded here.

Judge Posner is an in influential figure in the law and the author of nearly 40 books on jurisprudence, legal philosophy and other topics. He has been identified by The Journal of Legal Studies as the most cited legal scholar of the 20th century. Professor Segall has been teaching constitutional law for over twenty years, has written numerous law review articles on the subject, and is the author of the forthcoming book "Supreme Myths: Why the Supreme Court is not a Court and its Justices are not Judges."
