Sylvia Caley Joins Health Law Center

Legislative Counsel Sylvia Caley is the supervising attorney on-site at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta with the Health Law Partnership (HeLP). HeLP is an interdisciplinary community collaboration between Georgia State Law’s Center for Law, Health & Society, the Atlanta Legal Aid Society, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta to improve the health of low-income children and their families in metropolitan Atlanta. Ms. Caley also joins the College of Law as an adjunct faculty member in the Fall and Spring semesters teaching Health Legislation and Advocacy I & II link to course in bulletin.
Currently, Ms. Caley is Legislative Counsel with The Caley Group, Public Policy & Government Affairs. Previously, she was Legislation Counsel with the Georgia Department of Community Health and is the former Director of the AIDS Legal Project with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society.
