On March 14, 2006, Governor Sonny Perdue proclaimed November 2006 as Advance Directives Month in Georgia. Throughout the summer and early fall, individuals from multiple organizations that represent diverse interests and perspectives met to suggest revisions to Georgia's current Living Will and Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care forms. Please join us as members of the working group discuss the need for and suggested revisions to Georgia's Advance Directives.

There will be an opportunity for further discussion on Georgia's Advance Directives at a reception following the program.

This event is free and open to the public. Parking available in Deck M on Piedmont Avenue two blocks north of the Urban Life Building. Directions
