Annual fund campaign coming to an end Wednesday, June 30

July 29, 2010

ATLANTA—With two days left in this year's annual fund campaign, a successful year of fund-raising is coming to an end at Georgia State University College of Law.

Last year's levels for "cash in"  and "funds raised" have already been surpassed, and the college is close to matching last year's alumni giving rate of 25 percent, said Senior Director of Development John Harrison. The final push is now on in anticipation of an 11th hour surge of alumni gifts.

The campaign has a longstanding tradition of strong support from alumni, faculty, staff, external donors and friends, Harrison said. Anyone who has not made a gift or pledge yet is asked to do so by the end of the day on Wednesday, June 30, which marks the end of the fiscal year.

Giving online is easy. Just go to Georgia State Law's online giving page, where you’ll find a streamlined giving form that has been customized for the College of Law and allows donors to give to the Fund for Law or click a drop down window to designate your gift to a particular law school program.
